REQUIREMENT REVIEW
Our production team reviews product specifications, sizing tolerances, panel cuts, and feasible manufacturing methods.
FABRIC & MATERIAL SELECTION
Select fabrics, ribbed trims, drawstrings, zippers, and threads according to the product requirement and buyer preferences.
SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Sample where applicable to confirm pattern grading, drape, stitching tension, and overall garment feel prior to bulk cutting.
APPROVAL
Review and confirm design, construction, graphic placement, and label positioning before proceeding with bulk manufacturing.
PRODUCTION
Full-scale manufacturing encompassing fabric spreading, pattern cutting, sewing assembly, embroidery, and printing.
QUALITY CHECK
Systematic review of finished garments against specifications to verify construction, measurements, and finishing.
PACKING & DISPATCH
Steam ironing, folding, protective polybag packaging, size tagging, and carton boxing to prepare order for handover/shipping.
CHECKED BEFORE PACKING.
Every production run undergoes systematic inspection points to ensure garments align with agreed buyer specifications before leaving the factory.
Garment Measurements
Checking chest, body length, sleeve length, and hem width against approved sizing tolerance tables.
Stitching Integrity
Inspecting seam strength, overlock density, hem tension, and trimming loose thread tails.
Print Placement
Verifying graphic positioning, color clarity, edge alignment, and cure adhesion across all sizes.
Embroidery Placement
Checking digitized stitch alignment, thread density, backing stability, and crest sharpness.
Labels & Tags
Confirming correct woven brand label placement, size tag accuracy, and care label positioning.
Color Consistency
Evaluating fabric dye lot consistency and trim color matching across the entire batch.
Garment Finishing
Final steam pressing, wrinkle reduction, fabric feel, and aesthetic presentation.
Order Packaging
Correct folding, individual polybag closure, size sticker accuracy, and master carton labeling.
HANDS-ON GARMENT INSPECTION
Ade Sport conducts hands-on inspections using measurement tapes, tension checks, and lighting tables before folding and polybag packaging.
