1. CLIENT DESIGN CONFIDENTIALITY (NDA COMMITMENT)

Ade Sport acknowledges that clothing brands, designers, and startups entrust proprietary intellectual property to our manufacturing facility. All submitted tech packs, CAD sketches, artwork graphics, custom label artwork, and measurement grading charts remain the exclusive property of the buyer. We do not sell, reproduce, or distribute client designs to third-party competitors.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you contact Ade Sport via our website inquiry form, direct WhatsApp, or email, we collect relevant commercial contact details including your full name, brand/company name, country, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and specific garment project requirements. This information is solely used to evaluate production feasibility and communicate pricing quotations.

3. WHATSAPP & DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS

Messages initiated through WhatsApp or email are transmitted directly to Ade Sport management (+92 307 9702211, adesports131@gmail.com). We do not share your contact credentials with external marketing databases or advertising brokers.

4. B2B COMMERCIAL TERMS & ORDER SPECIFICATIONS

All manufacturing quotations, sampling agreements, payment terms, and delivery schedules are established through direct written mutual consent between the buyer and Ade Sport. Order specifications must be reviewed and confirmed prior to bulk fabric cutting.
